CIREMONDE SAS, RCS Paris 421 087 336, of 14 Rue Cartier-Bresson, 93500 Pantin, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, in our boutiques and at the refill counter. This notice explains what we hold and on what basis, under the General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

• Orders. Name, delivery and billing address, email, telephone and order history.
• Refill records. A reference number, the vessel size and the scent chosen, held so that a collection can be matched to the right person.
• Newsletter. Email address and the date consent was given, where you have subscribed.
• Website data. Server logs holding IP address, page requested, referrer and timestamp.

Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our systems.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract for orders and refills; consent for the newsletter, which may be withdrawn at any time; legitimate interests for site security and fraud prevention; legal obligation for accounting records.

Retention

• Order and invoicing records: 10 years, as required by French commercial law.
• Refill records: 3 years from the last refill.
• Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn, then a suppression record only.
• Server logs: 12 months.

Recipients

Our hosting provider, payment provider, email platform, carrier and accountants act as processors under Article 28 contracts. Data is stored within the European Union. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to set instructions for the handling of your data after death. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month.

Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
